CASE IN POINT
A manufacturer's 40-year supplier walked away from a complex part their line couldn't run without — and their backup suppliers wouldn't even quote it. We took the order. Six months of custom process development later — CNC machining, custom processing, and a vision-inspection system designed specifically for the part — the first production run came in at a 1% defect rate. Today it's zero.

Vision-guided robotics is where 30 years of automation experience compounds. Robots that know where to grab the part, where the seal goes, when to assemble, when to reject. We've built cells that pick automotive clips off conveyors, place foam seals onto stud clips, run robotic assembly lines, and bag finished parts at line speed. From standalone cells to modified standard solutions like RoboSeal-VG, vision-guided is the building block we're best known for.
